Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the x10 Archery Tracker mobile application (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is a tool designed to help archers track their performance and scoring. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

2. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of all scoring data and profiles created within the App. By using features such as Google Drive Backup or Cloud Sync, you agree to the transmission and storage of your data on those platforms. We do not guarantee the permanent storage or backup of your data; it is your responsibility to maintain backups as needed.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, including accuracy of scoring math, precision of GPS/location features, or fitness for competition. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers (Codesaders) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or personal injury resulting from the use of the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Firebase, RevenueCat) that have their own Terms and Conditions. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
